this joint business agreement is entered into between on january 00, 2017 aaaaa co. , ltd
(hereinafter referred to as “party a”) and bbbbb co. , ltd
(game machine provider/ hereinafter referred to as “party b”) under the following terms and conditions.
본 계약은 ( )(이하 “갑”이라 한다. )와 ㈜bbbbb(게임머신 제공업자/이하 “을”이라 한다
) 사이에 다음과 같은 내용으로 공동사업계약이 2017년 1월 00일에 체결되었다. article 1(purpose)
the purpose of this agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of ”party a” and “party b” with regard to determination on installation of game machine and service.
제1조(목적)
본 계약은 게임머신을 설치하여 서비스하는 데에 필요한 “갑”과 “을”의 권리, 의무 및 필요한 제반사항을 규정하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
article 2(definition of business)
“party a” agree to install and service the following game machine provided by “party b” in the shop of “party a”, and “party a” shall share sales through the game service with “party b”
제2조(사업의 정의)
“갑”은 “을”이 제공하는 다음의 게임머신을 “갑”이 운영 중인 업소 내에 설치하여 서비스하는 것에 동의하며, 이를 통해 발생하는 매출을 “을”과 분배한다.

1.게임코인의 가치는 코인 1개를 100차트로 계산하며, “갑”은 “을”에게 미얀마 챠트로 지급한다.
2.the share’s rate of sales through the game service in the shop of “party a” is as follows.
“party a” “party b” 50% of sales 50% of sales
2.업소 내에 설치한 게임머신을 통하여 발생한 매출의 revenue share는 50%(“갑”) : 50%(“을”)으로 분배한다.
