labor contract  contract no.:  party a:  party b:  
after consultation conducted in accordance with the principles of equality, voluntary and consensus, the parties have entered into this employment contract (hereinafter referred to as contract) in accordance with the labor law of peoples republic of china (hereinafter referred to as labor law).
¡¡¡¡1.job position and duties
party b agrees to take the position as in department, according to party a¡¯s need.
party b must abide by party a¡¯s rules, regulations and disciplines, follow party a¡¯s instruction, management and work assignment, and fulfill responsibilities required.

within the contract term, party a is entitled to transfer party bs job location and position according to party as need and party bs competence and performance. party b is entitled to present his / her different opinion on the transfer, which party a shall take into account seriously

however, party b should follow the final decision made by party a concerning the transfer.
2.salary
the probation basic monthly salary of party b is ; the monthly allowances base on position of party b is ; and the monthly bonus of performance and attendance record of party b is ; the others material benefits of party b is.the total monthly salary of party b which includes the above mentioned is rmb (before taxation).
party a will adjust the salary of party b properly after probation.
party a is entitled to adjust party bs salary in accordance with the change of party bs job position.however, the salary party a pays to party b must not be lower than the minimum wage standards set forth by the local authorities from time to time.

party a shall pay party b salary in cash on a monthly basis. payment of monthly salary shall be paid on the th day of the (next) month, and it can be in advance or postponed when meeting public holidays

party a shall serve as the withholding agent of the individual income tax of party b in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on taxation.
3.contract term
the term of contract is years, starting from to , and the first months of which shall be the probation period.
during the probation period, either party shall have the right to terminate this contract with a written notice; however, party a only has the right to terminate this contract when party b has failed to satisfy the requirements for recruitment.party as requirements for recruitment shall be stipulated in its employee handbook and other relevant regulations.
if no notice of termination is given during the probation period, party b shall become automatically employed under the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract upon expiration of the probation period.
4.working hours and holidays system
party b shall perform the standard working hour rules in accordance with the government regulation, and the working time should be exclusive of mealtimes and overtime.

party b shall perform the flexible working hour rules. after assured to finish party as work, party bs working hours and rest days shall be executed according to party as relevant regulations

where party b performs the flexible working hour rules, article 2 of this contract shall not be applied.
due to the business nature of party a, party b shall in turn have weekly rest days arranged by party a.
according to requirements of business operation, party a is entitled to require party b to work overtime after consulting with party b.where party b is required to work overtime, party a shall accordingly arrange paid leave or over-time pay for party b in accordance with party as relevant regulations.
party b shall be entitled to the paid holidays and leaves as stipulated by the state.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
