6, xidawang rd, chaoyang district, beijing, 1 25의 beijing kingstar animation film co. ,ltd(이하 을이라 함)는 다음과 같이 아티와 필리(arty & fily) 2d tv animation pilot film 제작 사업(이하 “제작 사업”이라 함)에 대한 계약을 체결한다

this contract is made on the day of-between paralux limited, #502,centum venture town, woo-dong, 1475, haeundae-gu, busan, korea (hereinafter referred to as a) and beijing kingstar animation film co., ltd, no 912room, 16# china central place no.6, xidawang rd, chaoyang distric, beijing, 1 125 (hereinafter referred to as b) whereas the a and b agree to make a contract with arty & fily for 2d tv animation pilot film producttion business (hereinafter called production business)
제 1 조 (목적)   
article 1.(purpose) 본 계약은“제작 사업”을 진행함에 있어서 최고 품질의 애니메이션을 제작하고 사업을 활성화하여 각자의 이익을 증대하기 위해“갑”과“을”이 각각 이행 하여야 할 의무사항과 상호간 협력이 필요한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
to proceed ‘production business’ this contract is aimed at setting up obligations and mutual cooperation required in need to be carried out each party between a and b to produce highest quality of animation and to increase the profit by activating the project.
제 2 조 (개발 내역)   
article 2 ( contents to develop) “을”이 개발하는 저작물 개발의 내용과 구성은 다음과 같으며, 계약체결일 이후로 저작물의 내용과 수정에 변화가 있는 경우“갑”과“을”이 상호 협력하여 결정한다.
the contents and constitution to-be produced by ‘b’ shall be as follows, and if there are changes in contents and corrections after the contract signed, ‘a’ and ‘b’ shall decide with bilateral cooperation.(1) 제 목 : 아티와 필리(arty & fily)의 pilot film 제작
(1) subject : production of pilot film by arty & fily (2) 형 식 : 2d animation.
(2) type : 2d animation (3) 저 작 물 : “갑”소유의 “아티와 필리” 캐릭터를 이용한 2d animation
(3) properties: 2 d animation using the property, arty & fily character of ‘a’
제 3 조 (업무 분담)   
article 3.share of work (1)“갑”은“제작 사업”의 전부를 투자한다.
(1) ‘a’ shall invest full amount of budget for production business.
(2)“갑”은“제작 사업”의 기획, 제작 전반에 대한 감독 및 통제, 검수 등을 맡는다.
(2) ‘a’ shall assume planning and supervising and controlling and proof reading overall production business
(3)“갑”은“을”이“제작 사업”을 진행할 수 있도록 스토리보드, 콘티 및 캐릭터, 배경 디자인 등을 제작전에 전달한다.
(3) ‘a’ shall deliver storyboard, continuity, character, background design and etc., to ‘b’ enabling to expedite the proceeding of the production business before producing.
(4)“을”은“제작사업”을 진행함에 있어서 화면구도, 원화, 동화, 채색, 합성, 편집까지 완료된 재작물을“갑”에게 전달함으로써 그 책임을 다한 것으로 한다.
(4) in proceeding ‘production business ‘b’ shall finish its responsibility by delivering the works completed composition of picture, original pictures, fairy tale, coloring, synthetic and up to correction to ‘a’.
(5)“을”은“갑”이 제공하는 작품 자료에 기초하여 국제 애니메이션 표준의 질적 수준(full animation)에서 작품을 제작한다.“을”은 작품제작 과정에서 “갑”이 요구하는 예술적 완성도를 원만히 보장하며 그를 위하여“갑”이 요구하는 수정작업을 보장한다.
(5) b shall produce full animation of international animation standard based on the materials of works provided by a.b shall guarantee the artistic completion in satisfactory which a requires in the process of production and guarantee the correction works which a requires.
단,“갑”이 요구하는 수정 내용이 스토리보드를 비롯한 모든 자료에서 추가적으로 제기되는 부분의 수정 비용은“갑”이 추가로 부담한다.그 비용한도에 대해서는“갑”과“을”이 별도로 합의한다.

but, when the contents to be corrected which ‘a’ requires raise the additional cost to not only storyboard but all materials shall be born by ‘a’ additionally. the limitation of expenditures shall be decided with separate agreement of ‘a’ and ‘b’   (이하 생략)
