In order to do this, we use another background model designed with the whole monitored images in a regular time period. By comparing each changed area computed from the two background model images and current monitored image, the areas which will be updated are decided.

The computer is used for business at work site and as a tool for internet and information literacy at home. Now we are able to find a computer anywhere in public places. We will see the computer background image from the moment the computer is turned on until the monitor is turned off when we are using it. The background image of computer which is set can be randomly selected or can be one image provided by computer operating system (OS), but it is selected by the users' preference. The computer background image which was set by the user's selection or random will keep one image for a long time unless the user change the setting arbitrarily, and the user will look at the computer background image which is set once continually whether consciously or unconsciously. So the background image of the computer is important image which is exposed visually to user for a long time. This study paid attention to this point. This study aims to comprehend the essence of the significance of the background image of the computer which is seen visually for a long time so aims to shed light on the fact through Greimas semiotics what the user hope to see and will see. Therefore, it aims to increase mental stability and business efficiency of a modern who is exposed to the computer life environment for a long time. Computer background images you want to go places, and want to keep the target, the virtual, or image to show the world, the computer plays the role of environmental and decoration. Therefore the Internet is standing in the spotlight of a new medium of advertisement, and several Internet advertising methods have been implemented. However the banner advertising that is the typical internet advertising method is showing low click rate because of user's unconcern. Accordingly we propose a new Internet advertising method that makes expose advertising content on the background of web browser when user puts mouse pointer over a specified text. Internet users are willing to click a interesting text, just at that moment the advertising content is appeared on the background of web browser. Therefore we could expect high effectiveness of advertising and moreover after clicking the text, the advertising content is shown continually on the web browser. The proposed method, unlike banner advertising, various shapes of image can be applied and makes use of whole background of web page.

'Priming Effect', as a part of 'Contextual Effect' is the phenomenon that pre-searched product information influences consecutive product evaluation. 'Priming Effect' is different from other types of 'Contextual Effects' in that pre-searched information doesn't have an direct effect on product evaluation, but an indirect effect which means that pre-searched information influences interpretation of consecutive product evaluation. On the previous theoretical background, this study investigated that how visual images can influence consumer preference and product choice, introducing concept of priming effects into the design of on-line shopping malls. This experiment adopted the digital cameras as the experimental stimulus target products and designed the individual web pages by priming the attributes of price and size. In result of analysis, the difference of product preference by priming attributes was proved to be statistically significant. In this reason, suggesting the background of commercial web page can be the significant factor in choosing products, the priming effects introduced into the design can be positively employed in online advertising.

This research is to show the common and distinct features in video description texts of Korea and UK, and to comprehend the influence over the texts by different authors having different growing background. The analysed texts look similar in sequencing. In the openings are ¡®séquence explicative¡¯ and ¡®séquence descriptive¡¯ which introduce circumstances and characters, while in the middle of works are ¡®séquence narrative¡¯ which develop stories. Texts of Korea and UK share the focusing in opening parts on introducing time-space circumstances and characters. Characters are portrayed by describing their acts rather than merely listing aspects. One of differences between the texts of Korea and UK is, among others, the detailedness in the depiction of backgrounds. In the texts of Korea, backgrounds and circumstances are described in detail while a mere whereabout is presented in UK. They also differ in whether the brand names of goods are presented. While UK texts tell specific automobile brand names, Korean texts only mention the colors and types of vehicles such as passenger car, truck, and bus. Korean texts depict characters by informing their ages and attires, whereas UK texts advise of characters¡¯ appearances from which listeners could guess their ages. Such distinctions are deemed to stem from cultural difference. Although Korea was late in commencing video description services, we have endeavored to carve out our own way to make the video description texts rather than follow blindedly the working manuals made in foreign countries. Distinctively Korean video description texts such as shown today may be the achievement of the efforts. Further researches and developments are required to make the video description services more helpful for visually impaired people.

In this paper, we propose a system for visually impaired people to recognize visual characters and background in visual images by using deep learning. For people with visual impaired, since there is a limitation to viewing visual information such as place, action, character, etc. that appear in the video such as drama, movie or advertisement, they can only get those visual information from the Descriptive Video Service(DVS). However, screen commentary broadcasts are inconvenienced when the screenwriter collects the video information and writes the script, and the voice actor carries out the recording and the professional engineer of the screen commentary performs the video work. To improve this, the image is automatically segmented using the histogram, the characters are learned and classified by the person using CNN, and the image of the image is learned using the MSCOCO data set to describe the behavior and background of the image Captures image information. The image caption obtained from the above results can be confirmed to provide visual image information to the visually impaired by carrying out a qualitative evaluation comparing with the visual information in the image of the adult over 20 persons.
