[ÇØ¿Ü³í¹®]

The South Korean government has introduced the financial performance management systems to improve financial efficiency. However, the systems have not get results at all. Because there has no linkage of performance goal management system among financial performance management systems. In this regards, this study aims to analyze the congruence of performance goal management system and suggest policy reforms. Analysis showed that the congruence of performance goal management system is low in performance management strategic plan, performance plan and performance report. And the congruence of performance goal management system has lacks of the linkage in financial management systems like medium term program framework, program budgeting and accrual basis accounting. The suggestions of this study include: matching up performance goal management system of performance management strategic plan with the system of performance plan and performance report; harmonizing performance goal management system of performance management strategic plan and the system of medium term program framework; providing accurate and detailed costs, distributing overhead cost and improving performance indicators.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the Nursing management educational objectives and nurse duties required to be achieved in the nursing management curriculum in nursing job analysis. Methods: Nursing management educational objectives and knowledge to be achieved in a nursing management curriculum in nursing job analysis were analyzed using Anderson's Revision of Bloom's taxonomy of Educational Objectives. Results: The analysis showed that 172 (59.3%) of the 290 educational objectives of the nursing management corresponded to 'conceptual knowledge' and 167 (57.6%) of the 'cognitive process dimension' were 'understanding'. In the job analysis, 29 out of 57 (50.9%) were procedural knowledge. The finding indicates that 'health promotion and maintenance' duty was excluded from the job analysis, but included in the nursing management curriculum and objectives. Conclusion: The results of this study contribute to the foundation of nursing management as a practical study by analyzing the goal of nursing management learning in connection with the job analysis required in the field.

During decommissioning of a nuclear facility, the radiation dose to workers should be managed not to exceed a certain level. The objective of this study was to review decommissioning organization and target doses for management of radiation exposure to workers at nuclear facilities. The review was performed for the 7 nuclear facilities in the US, including commercial nuclear power plants, research and experimental reactor, and other nuclear facilities. For all the facilities, decommissioning organizations were established and given in decommissioning activities report and decommissioning plan. Certain department and associated supervisors were in charge of radiation protection of workers. They had an authority to stop radiation works not to exceed a certain level. In 10 CFR 20, only dose limits not target doses are given. Therefore, each facility set its own target doses and applied it during the facility decommission. The target doses were set 50~100% (25~50 mSv¡¤year-1) level of dose limits for the commercial nuclear power plants and 10~50% (5~25 mSv¡¤year-1) level of dose limits for the research and experimental nuclear plant and other nuclear facilities. It is suggested that 70~90% (14~18 mSv¡¤year-1) level of dose limits is appropriate for near future decommissioning of a commercial nuclear power plant considering target doses for previous decommission of nuclear facilities in other country and management dose limits set for operational nuclear power plants in Korea.

Management by Objectives (MBO) is an organization management model, which is a process of defining objectives, monitoring and evaluating performance, giving reward to employee, and reviewing objectives. Among the steps of MBO process, performance monitoring becomes an important stage to manage an organization by checking achievement of targets. However, previous researches mainly focused on the define objectives or awareness of adapting MBO model rather than practical issue in terms of performance monitoring.Therefore, we develop criteria for classifying performance indicators and performance metrics in suitable for MBO.
