The enterprise has been in interested in sustainment of competitivity predomination with core competence and has stressed the relationship between R&D management with core technology competence and business strategy especially in the field of R&D. After the third generation R&D management was introduced, R&D activity is not a black box, become a tool of managing performance of business. However, It is insufficient in the point that we didn't manage and evaluate the technology as knowledge asset. This study focuses on how to manage the knowledge efficiently, For this purpose this suggests new R&D management model that integrates knowledge process and system, and also verified this through performing pilot project. 1) knowledge cycle : knowledge acquisition, creation, store, use. 2) Organizing infrastructure : strategy, culture, knowlege worker, structure, evaluation system etc. 3) Technological infrastructure : network, collaborative system, data base etc. The major contribution value of this study is that firstly it is presenting the theoretical back ground of knowledge management on the review of related literatures and verifying model through case study. the contents of the case study are are below 1) identifying the knowledge conversion process. 2) the organizational infrastructure :the purposeful R&D, learning organization, evaluation system. 3) Knowledge management system using information technology in connection with collaborative system and engineering data base etc. The key factor introducing this model which presented by case study ahead is 1) firstly defining the goal of project adaptable to the purpose of business strategy with support from top manager, 2)secondly defining the knowledge conversion process and facilitating the organizational and techonological support accordingly. 3)And enhancing the learning activity continuously to maintain the value of knowledge contents and evaluate the performance of it's value. I think this kind of study must be magnified in the line of strengthening the core competence of whole business system to acquire sustainable competitivity. And I expect the future direction of these kinds of researches should be magnified to production and marketing fields as well as R&D fields.

Based on the unique data set, this thesis examines the pricing of equity linked securities in the Korean market particularly for the early redemption equity linked securities. The initial prices of 172 products are compared to the theoretical values derived by the Monte Carlo simulation. The callable equity linked securities are priced by the Least Square Monte Carlo simulation. Since the process of interest rate follows the Cox-Ingersoll-Ross model, the process of stock is affected by the term structure of the CIR model. For the majority of products, large implicit premiums are charged by the issuing investment banks in the primary market. The driving factors of the issuers' pricing policies are identified as underlying and type of equity-linked securities.

The purpose of this descriptive study was to find out Perception of death in Nursing students from J city in Korea. A total of 200 participants who agreed completed a survey packet including Scale of Perception of Death through April 10 to April 21, 2014. The scale of Perception of death consisted of affirmation of death, negation of death, anxiety about death, concern about death, and will to respect life which was modified by Cha Young-Rae (2005). Data were analyzed by using SPSS program. For the purpose of the study, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis were used. The results of the study were as follows; 1) From descriptive statistics, will to respect life variable showed highest mean 3.62¡¾.74, negation of death 3.39¡¾.55 was followed by affirmation of death 3.35¡¾.56 among sub-factors of the scale of Perception about death. 2) The results indicated that there were significant mean differences about affirmation of death by demographic variables such as age(t=-2.40, p=.017), awareness of palliative care (t=2.38, p=.018), level of death preparation for incurable disease (t=2.26, p=.025), and willingness to have CPR for own terminal situation(t=-.074, p=.039). For negation of death, only grade level showed significant mean differences(t=-2.21, p=.029). For will to respect life variable, there were significant mean differences by religion(t=3.38, p=<.001), awareness of Hospice palliative care (t=2.10, p=.037), willingness to have Hospice palliative care for own terminal situation(F=3.88, p=.022). 3) From correlation analysis, there were significant positive correlations between affirmation of death and concern of death (r=.280, p<.001), between negation of death and anxiety about death(r=.352, p<.001), and between anxiety about death and concern of death(r=.241, p<.001). Negation of death showed significantly negative correlation with will to respect life(r= -.211, p=.003). For being correctly conscious about death and respectful human dignity, it could be essential to include a course of death preparation and Perception of death in professional curriculum and practice program for nursing students.

Objective&#xD; The purpose of this study was to examine clinical characteristics of Essential tremor patients who visited Korean Medicine Hospital and to assess the effectiveness of Korean medical treatment on Essential tremor(ET).&#xD; Methods&#xD; 69 essential tremor patients' information was extracted from the database of Kyung Hee University Hospital of Korean Medicine from January 2010 to August 2015. And clinical features of patients including age, gender, onset, region and duration of symptoms, medication, family history of ET were evaluated. The outcome of ET was categorized as Supremely Efficacious(over 70% of symptoms disappeared), More Efficacious(30%-70% of symptoms partially disappeared), Efficacious(under 30% of symptoms disappeared), Non-Effective(symptoms did not improve) and Aggravating(symptoms escalated) on the basis of clinical data.&#xD; Results&#xD; The mean age was 57.8 and 75.4% of patients had female sex. The mean duration of ET was 90.5 months. 21 patients had family history of ET and 7 patients took additional western drugs. Among the 69 patients who were treated with Korean traditional medicines, 48 patients (69.6%) demonstrated the improvement of ET. Frequently used formulas were Ukgansangami, Cheungeumjoweetanggami, Boshimgeonbitang and Cheonghyulgangkitang. Among them, the most effective Korean medicine on ET was Ukgansangami. There were 3 individual cases with adverse effects, Which were pruritus, edema and gastrointestinal problems such as stomachache and diarrhea.&#xD; Conclusion&#xD; This study suggested that Korean traditional medicine have effectiveness on ET. Further prospective study is needed to confirm the results.

Soy sauce is one of the main Korea traditional fermented foods. Formation of film during storage of soy sauce is a main problem associated with this type of fermented food. Thus, in this study, we used 15 essential oils (EOs) to suppress the growth of microbes which are responsible for film formation. In addition, morphological change of yeast cells due to antimicrobial activity was observed by using scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. 1. We identified the white color film forming microbes using 18S rRNA(ITS1/4) based sequence analysis. Based on the sequence analysis, Pichia and Debaryomyces species were identified as major microbes which were responsible for film formation. 2. Thus, Pichia sp. and Debaryomyces sp. were using as indicator strains to examine antimicrobial activity of EOs under paper disc method, MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration), MFC(minimal fungicidal concentration). The EOs from cinnamon bark, lemongrass and thyme showed higher antimicrobial activity compared to the others tested. Addition of diluting agent such as cinnamon bark, lemongrass, thyme maintained its high inhibition activity; MIC and MFC range from 0.063 to 8 mg/mL against soy sauce film yeasts such as Pichia sp., Debaryomyces sp. Also, The MIC of cinnamon bark, lemongrass, thyme against Pichia sp. observed to be 0.5 mg/mL. The MIC of cinnamon bark, lemongrass and thyme oils against Debaryomyces sp was 0.5, 0.125 and 0.25 mg/mL while the MFCs were 1.0 mg/mL, respectively. When the concentration of EOs were increased, the antimicrobial activity also increased. Using a result of SEM&TEM, showed that the cells treated with the sublethal dose of 3 essential oils(cinnamon bark, lemongrass, thyme), appeared irregular in shape with cell wall alterations on the cell surface. 3. The analysis of cinnamon bark oil showed 39.39% of cinnamaldehyde and 24.68% eugenol, in the case of lemonfrass oil, is compounds were obtained with citra(geranial, neral) showing 71.24%. Thyme oil had 49.71% thymol and 15.41% cymene. 4. Finally, we added the EOs(cinnamon bark, lemongrass, thyme) to the soy sauce and incubated at 30¡É for 15 days with Pichia sp.(10%) and Debaryomyces sp.(20%). Hence essential oils could be used as food preservatives to prevent film formation on soy sauce. Especially, the use of essential oils under the controlled conditions such as modified atmosphere could be a great solution to extend the quality of fermented foods. Our data suggest that EOs could be used as a good packaging material to increase the storage time of the fermented foods

So far, I have examined phonological processes of the 15-18th century Korean language by assuming its vowel and consonantal systems on the basis of printed materials of that period. However, the particularity of these materials has failed me in many cases bacause I have encountered some conditions in which a rule applies vacuously. In addition to this, I have had some difficulty in describing a sound and its phonological process because the realization of the sound and its phonological process are not easily discerned. This is simply due to the fact that the writers of that period abode by the phonological system and put greater emphasis on morphemes rather than upon the sound in transcription. However, a rule ignoring how a sound is realized could not pass the test of time. As time passed on, the writing system of that period when Hunminjungum was made and declared gradually underwent an alternation, and by the seventeenth century, the realization of a sound appeared on the surface structure. In this disertaion, the morpheme boundary has been adopted in looking into phonological processes in terms of synchronism simply because it has been considered as a condition in which a sound is realized correctly. Another reason for this is that rules derived from such a condition can be applied to the structure of a morpheme by a slight change. On the other hand, in dealing with phonological processes in terms of diachronism, I have tried to find out the reasons of such phonological processes and I think I have succeeded to some extent in finding them out within the phonemic system. In chapter 2, I have assumed the vowel system of the 15th century Korean language based on the statements made in Hunminjungum and tried to prove its adequacy by examining its vowel alternation, along with the rules of vowel harmony. At the same time, I have tried to prove that the vowel system of that time underwent a change due to the vowell-shift. The vowel system of the 15th century Korean language seems as follows. ¢·Ç¥ »ðÀÔ¢¹(¿ø¹®À» ÂüÁ¶Çϼ¼¿ä) According to this system, the back vowels u, ¡ü, a and non-back vowels ¡à, ¡à ¬Ùform a natural class respectively. The vowel-shift was the beginning of drag chain leaving a case vide in a place where there should be ¡ü when ¡ü and ¡à merged. The vowel system after the vowel-shift came to an end in the latter part of the 18th century is as follows. ¢·Ç¥ »ðÀÔ¢¹(¿ø¹®À» ÂüÁ¶Çϼ¼¿ä) This vowel system shows us that the seven vowel system of the 15th century Korean language changed into a six vowel system, after which diphthongs of the latter part of the 18th century also began to change into monophthongs. In chapter 3, I have tried to establish the consonantal system by carefully examining phonological processes of the stem-final consonants based on single consonantal system and phonological phenomena of consonant clusters. In section 2 of chapter 3, such alternations as p¡æ¥â¡æw, s¡æz¡æ£¿, t¡æl¡ær, l¡ær, k¡æg¡ær, ¡à, have been discussed, which show us that these alternations were the result of weakening. This kind of alternations was a natural phonological process, and their underlying segments were /p/,/s/, /t/,/l/ and /k/, and this weakening phenomena could be explained by catagorizing phonological rules. Of all the geminates of the 15th century, only two of them, that is to say, 'ss' and 'hh' could be regarded as phonemes, and the others such as 'kk', 'tt', 'pp', '¡à¡à' could only be realized in given conditions. There were no doubt sound values attached to 'nn' and '¡à¡à', but they could not be considered as phonemes either. The consonantal system can be summed up as follows. ¢·Ç¥ »ðÀÔ¢¹(¿ø¹®À» ÂüÁ¶Çϼ¼¿ä) In sections 3 and 4 of chapter 3, I have looked over neutralizing mechanism of the stem-final single consonants and phonological aspects of double consonants. Oppositions in syllable-final consonants of Middle Korean seems to be seven: k, n, t, l, m, p, ¡à, but h could appeare as s only when it proceeded s.
