The agricultural ecology in Korea has chronicle problems such as low efficiency distribution structure, high price fluctuation, interlock of producing areas and consumer price.Recently, the way consumers consume is facing a new change that the opinion of consumer class actively communicated and reflected where the opinions of the publics, consumer class with the same purpose are actively communicated and reflected, and this is represented as participatory smart consumption, that is, social curation commerce. With these change in consuming paradigm, we will provide smooth consuming communication methodology of new producers and consumers of mobile application social curation commerce service. To this end, the directions of national agricultural industrialization development has been defined as reliable consumption, smart consumption, new saving consumption, and value-oriented consumption. Thereof, the objectives and effects of the extracted services were reflected in consumers' mobile application services and suppliers' contents management systems' information and screen designs in order to suggest new paradigm of distribution structure through sustainable win-win between consumers and producers.

In seafood distributors, the importance of the marine product¡¯s storage and freshness¡¯s maintenance etc have been increased according to social changes, and necessities of the employee equipping with knowledge and techniques are being presented. However, most employees working at the seafood distributors are low in understandings on seafood distributions and also do not actually cope with industrial society¡¯s changes that are being processed rapidly. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing knowledge on overall seafood distributions of the employee who are engaged in the distributors now, and thus preparing for a training method on experts of seafood distributions that can cope with seafood transaction system and its distribution routes by types together with environmental changes internally and externally. For achieving research purposes, the study executed a questionnaire by classifying contents into 3 fields such as general matters related to seafood distributions, knowledge scopes so as to recognize knowledge degrees of respondents, job areas that have to be known to the employee of seafood distributions etc, objecting to distribution-related organizations located in Busan areas. This study presented a training method for experts of seafood distributions by utilizing frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviations etc through SPSS 12.0 statistic program. As the result of this research, following countermeasures are required so that seafood distributors have competitiveness and make developments. First, training manpower of working at seafood distributors is necessary so as to make its sound developments. Specially, curriculum planning fit to actuality and reality and establishment of special educational institutions equipping with professionalized lecturers are required regardless of its educational subjects such as seafood distribution groups, separately-established corporations, government, and local autonomous entities etc, and also experts that can meet with industrial demands have to be grown up. Second, it is necessary to make current workers respond to rapidly-changing industrial society by executing continuing education or training. In order to improve lagged seafood distribution systems, technical training on the employee in seafood distributors now are required absolutely. Third, education contents shall be substantial by developing curriculums on technical training, objecting to current workers together with growing up experts on seafood distributions. Through more in-depth researches, training program¡¯s developments on seafood distribution experts equipping with reality and fitness are required. Fourth, research systems for seafood distribution¡¯s developments have to be established, not to mention of national assistances for growing up seafood experts. Not only establishing and managing special training institutes for growing up seafood distribution experts but also cultivating and executing policies in order to make developments of distributors have to be carried out according to law¡¯s prescriptions

The purpose of this study is trying to find out what the problems are during the distribution process from production to consumption of Korean wheat and contribute to activation of Korean wheat revival movement after being made a alternative plan. This study also means to urge the Government to make constructive efforts and policy endorsements for our peoples lifeline, food whose self-supporting rate is ultimately declining to around 25%, through improving distribution structure of Korean wheat which can be consumed as a second and healthy food and inspiring consumers with confidence on Korean wheat. Although the interest and consumption for the Korean wheat which is intimate-environmental farm produce have been increased because of being abreast of well-being era, the marketing and distribution structure of the Korean wheat are relatively still fragile in reality. The purpose of the study is to find out alternative plan against the increased import opening barrier, to provide basic data for the rural revival, and to find out a solution to how to coexist with rural and urban community as well, after being understood where the present situation of Korean wheat is, being induced healthy food production and its consumption, being examined on the inconsistency of the distribution structure occurring in the process of production and consumption, and being researched and compensated for marketing techniques of Korean wheat The chapter 1 in this study deals with the necessity, purpose, method, and constitution of the study. The chapter 2 deals with concept readjustment, character for the Korean wheat and, in general, the present situation of the ¡¡Korean wheat revival movement¡¡ so far. The chapter 3 takes care of problems on production, grain storage, processing, sale, and so on as well as distribution organization and system of Korean wheat. Moreover, this study is try to find out the way to minimize unnecessary energy consumption and finance waste occurring in the distribution process after being considered and readjusted an alternative plan.

In this study, I would like to advise you on the policy of distribution structure of marine products in parallel with research on two aspects.
First, we will examine the effect of distribution functions on distribution performance. The basic functions of eight distributors, such as logistics functions, marketing functions, selection functions, collection functions, evaluation functions, market opening functions, product development functions, material securing and inventory functions, are distributed. The distribution results are to be recognized through five dependent variables: strengthening partnership with customers, strengthening market response capabilities, improvement of management performance, improvement of functions, and enhancement of capabilities.
In this study, a total of nine revised hypotheses were verified, and, first, market functions affected the enhancement of functional capabilities. Market functions are a wide range of concepts that include the screening function, collection function, evaluation function, and market opening function of the previous model as newly named independent variables through analysis of factors. Functional capacity, which is a dependent variable, is a concept that includes the ability to secure frozen processed marine products, storage of marine products, strengthening functions such as quick transactions, creating an appropriate price, and maintaining quality consistency. In sum, this means that the functions of collecting the products according to the search for marine products, classification and usage of marine products, and auction price determination functions can have a significant impact on diversification of fish quality control and intermediate export. It also confirmed that functions such as refrigeration storage and packaging and processing of processing for distribution to retailers can significantly affect the storage of marine products and the improvement of stable supply. However, the ability to integrate all the processes of distribution, such as processing, packaging, inventory and storage, with the functions necessary for distribution and sale of marine products in the marine product distribution transaction was not statistically consistent.
Market functions, distribution and marketing functions, raw material acquisition and re-meginess have all had significant effects on management performance, which is designated as efforts to reduce logistics costs, increase product diversity, and increase sales. In the end, efforts to improve management performance in the distribution of marine products were found to be possible when all of the fundamental factors needed to be addressed were combined and operated well.
Considering the development of new distribution partners or overseas markets, all of the parameters selected by independent variables such as market function, distribution and marketing function, raw material security and re-megish ability were not found to be effective in distribution of marine products.
