Through play, children grow p
hysically, psychologically, and cognitively, also release problems, thenresolve conflict and emotions such as anxiety, hope and joy. Based on the information obtained throughthe psychological evaluation of children, play therapy has its positive and therapeutic power to deal withphysical, psychological, and cognitive problems in the play therapy room. Nevertheless, due to the choiceof toys, ambiguous interpretation of results for the play topics, and being delayed to grasp child¡¯s needdepend on the capability of the therapist, it can be difficult to understand the child. Accordingly, in thisstudy, the actual play therapy was performed based on the center of power and desire for each type inthe Enneagram Psychological Dynamic System, and also with the maladaptive schema that appears in thechild with high achievement desire. Through play theme analysis, how the distorted problems andunconscious desires are shown in play that is shown in play therapy practice for a child with highachievement desire. This approach suggests the application of play and counseling that meets the needs forindividual child intended not only for the heart-centered children, but for other power-centered children aswell.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
