본 연구는 우울과 가족갈등을 겪고 있는 중년여성에 대한
교류분석상담 적용에 대한 사례연구로 내담자를 포함하여 가족관계를 치료한 교류분석 개입방법과 치료 후 내담자와 가족관계의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 13회기 동안 이루어진 교류분석상담 이론을 바탕으로 한 개인 상담을 상담 축어록, 녹음, 상담 시 기록한 메모를 중심으로 부호화를 통해 개념을 범주화 시켰으며, 이러한 범주들은 Eric Berne(1964)이 제안한 각본을 통해 제시하였다. 분석결과 중년여성은 자신, 가족(친정어머니, 남편, 아들, 딸, 시아버지)관계에서 어려움을 겪고있었으며, 이런 가족 갈등에 영향을 미친 요인으로는 가족 내 심리게임과 구원자 역할하기,CP로부터의 오염, 스트로크경제와 연관되어 있는 것으로 분석하였다. 이에 대한 교류분석상담과정에서의 개입전략으로는 중년여성의 자신의 이야기를 이야기 하도록 질문, 경청, 공감을통한 상담 관계적 동맹과 자각촉진 및 직면, 설명, 해석을 사용하였다. 아울러 개인적인 책임과 자기이해, 심리게임회피, 재결정과 재 양육, 스트로크 경제 타파를 촉진하였고, 각본과 라켓시스템 등을 분석하며 이를 통한 자각능력을 회복하도록 하였다. 이와 같은 치료과정을 통하여 중년여성은 생각과 감정을 안전하게 표현하고, 자신의 문제로 인식하기 시작하면서 문제해결과 자신의 상처를 떨쳐내기 위해 자발적으로 행동하며 사고하고 자신의 각본역할에서부터 자유롭게 결정하고 선택하기 시작하는 변화가 일어났다. 나아가 더 이상 부모를 원망하지않고 부모를 용서하는 모습을 보이며, 남편과 아들, 딸과의 가족갈등 완화 및 가족관계의 변화가 나타났다.

This paper is to study the ca
se applying TA counselling method to middle aged women having depressionand family conflictto see the change in the relationship between client and family after the treatment usingTA counselling method. The study categorized the awareness by coding the memo, recording andconversation that were kept during the counselling performed for 13 timesbased on TA theory. Categorizeswere suggested through the script proposed by Eric Beme (1964). As a result, it was shown that middleaged women are having difficulties in the relationship with themselves or family (mother, husband, son,daughter, and father in-law) and the factors influenced the relationships were related to psychological gameamong family members, being a saver, being contaminated by CP and stroke economy. Interventionalstrategy during TA counselling was to make an alliance in counselling relation through questioning,listening and sympathizing, to promote self-awareness as well as confrontation and to use explanation andinterpretation. In addition, individual responsibility, self-understanding, avoiding psychological game,re-decision and re-nurturing and breaking stroke economy were promoted and restoring the ability ofself-awareness by analyzing script and racket system was encouraged. Through this treatment process,middle aged women became to be able to express their emotions in a safe way, accept the problems astheirs, act and behave actively to treat their wounds. Also, they were able to decide and choose freelyfrom their roles in the script and eventually the conflict with family members like husband, son ordaughter was relieved and positive change was incurred in the family relationship (이하 생략)
