This study explored the effec
t of a group collage program for career identity formation of universitystudents. After administering a career identity formation test on to 300 university student for sampling, theresearchers selected 16 students from the 30 students who comprised the lowest-scoring 10% and eightstudents were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups, respectively. The group collageprogram was conducted with the experimentalgroup for 90 minuteson a weekly basis for 12 weeks. Toexamine, the effects of the study, a career identity scale was used as pre-post and an experimental-controlgroup, and matching sample t-test utilizing SPSS WIN 18.0 was conducted for analysis. .Inaddition,changes of career identity through the process of progress were observed and recorded during eachsessions. The results are follows. First, the group collage program was effective in enhancing the formationof career identities of university students. Additionally, career emotion, career cognitive, career behavior aresubcategory of career identity. Second, the group collage program presented the process of progressthrough sessions on the formation of a positive career identity through changes in artwork and throughself-reports. The visualization process of collage art formed positive career identities and positive supportamong the group members influenced the effectiveness of the groupcollageprogramofthisstudy.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
