The purpose of this research
is to examine the relationship among big fivepersonality factors, interpersonal relation traits, and aptitude of school for pre-serviceelementary school teachers.The results of this study were as follows. First, there was no significant differenceabout the gender, grade, and birth order in interpersonal relation traits. But there wassignificant difference in interpersonal emotion about the age and motive for collegeadmission. Second, there was no significant difference about the grade, and birthorder in big five personality factors. But there was significant difference in big fivepersonality about the gender, age and motive for college admission. Third, there wasno significant difference about birth order in aptitude of school. But there wassignificant difference about gender, age, grade, motive for college admission inaptitude of school. Forth, there was high relationship between personality factors andinterpersonal relation traits. Especially interpersonal relation traits has the highinfluence on the aptitude of school.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
