The economy grew and also the
dietary life habit from Korean-style food became the West Europe and from1990’s our country obesity population increased suddenly and. Obesity it was serious and the point of view which itaccepts was started to pass over 2000. The beginning times obesity treatment led the effort with the motion and mealcontrol where the patients who depend mainly in the drug are appropriate lazily one drug and injection treatment and thecase which reduces a weight was many. The beginning times obesity treatment depended antidepressant drugs with theFluoxetine which is a selective serotonine reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) product and with distance new appetite suppressionme (short-term prescription food and drug administration [FDA] approval) which represented with the phendimetrazine.The duration when it is treated but comes to be long and drug side effect, namely medicine tolerance, medicinal poisoning,dependence and the appetite suppression outside the different body condition appears, the side effect occurs thecase which reaches to the level which is serious often physiology against the major prescription medicine which is used inthe obesity clinic, pharmacological principal to lead, it will prevent misuse, abuse drug and it uses properly is objectiveand necessity of research.
