The intention of this researc
h is to discuss guidelines for social welfare educationcurricula in German universities. Qualifications framework for social welfare andqualifications profiles for social management/social economy as first guidelines for socialwelfare curricula in Germany are analysed: They are developed in output logic in respectof learning outcomes, and support the role of bridge between universities and fields withthe goal of cultivating interdisciplinary professionals who integrate theory and practice.They perform merely a function as ¡®orientational assistances¡¯ in developing guidelines.Based on the results, some implications for guidelines for the social welfare curricula inKorean universities are addressed.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
