The objective of this study i
s to search the program to enhance the effect ofcontinuing education by grasping the factor which affects learning effect and transfereffect of continuing education for social worker that has been enforced since 2009. Tothis end, the materials on social workers working at the social welfare facilities in Busanwere collected and comparatively analyzed by using same scale twice in 2010 and 2013.The analysis showed that learning effect was affected by trainee learning, organizationenvironment learning, educational training characteristics and transfer effect was affectedby trainee transfer, organization environment transfer, educational training characteristicsin the 1st and 2nd investigation. Especially, it was found that learning effect and transfereffect were affected by educational training contents in the 1st and 2nd investigation. Tothis end, it was suggested that the type of facilities where they work, job characteristicsand individual characteristics should be considered and education contents should becomposed of more subdivided practice technologies when planning education contents.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
