The purpose of this study is
to develop a creative leadership model for school manager, andbased on that model to develop a training program. The model was developed through theliterature analysis, needs analysis and expert review, and it's validity was confirmed by experts.A creative leadership model consists of five elements such as Modeling, Visioning, Coaching,Empowering, and Networking. Validation of the final model wad conducted by two phases. Inthe first phase, the model was validated by experts. In the second phase, the model wasvalidated by forty-eight school manager(principles, vice-principles, and educational professions)who participated in the training program based on the model. Participants reported that theprogramme is effective for enhancing creative leadership. Finally, implications and future studieswere suggested based on these findings. (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
