The present research aims to
develop a Standards-based student teaching program. In this study, a student teaching program based on the Ewha Standards for Teacher education was developed, and this student teaching program was implemented in the 7 schools, and then the validity, feasibility, and utility of the student teaching program were evaluated. In doing so, this study seeks to provide a high-quality student teaching program to prospective teachers and help them achieve the Ewha Standards for Teacher Education. The findings showed that the participants of this Standards-based student teaching program - that is, student teachers, cooperating teachers, and supervisors - considered the program valid, feasible, and useful and evaluated that the program was effective in helping the student teachers develop the professional knowledge and skills. For this student teaching program based on the Ewha Standards for Teacher Education to be more successful, a closer collaboration between cooperating teachers and supervisors and between the university and schools is further needed.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
