This is an insider research o
n the university-school collaboration program managementissues. The purpose of this study is to examine development process of school-unit centeredPDS(Professional Development Systems) program by developed Educational Research Institutein C-National University of Education. Another purpose of this study is to investigate onmanagement process of school-unit centered PDS program between C-National University ofEducation and S-Elementary School. I have examined university-school collaboration programmanagement issues based on the analysis on earlier research about this theme - smoothingcommunication between researchers and teachers, inquiry-oriented learning of teachers,systematic evaluation on PDS program. And I have discussed critical issues emerged fromthe development and management process. And then I have searched for some aspects inneed to better university-school collaboration. In conclusion, I have proposed some points forbetter university-school collaboration based on the results of this research. (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
