As the Educational environmen
t is changing rapidly, universities orient to supportsystemized and qualified education service to students. And also, with these effort,they focus on university policy based on students satisfaction. However, given theimportance of the subject, few studies have examined to develop and test satisfactionindex. So, we developed 33 questionaries in 4 areas 'Education satisfaction', 'teachingand advising satisfaction', 'network satisfaction', 'infra satisfaction' to test reliabilityand validity of index. The result shows that CFA and validity analysis(convergentvalidity, discriminant validity, nomological validity) meet the requirements.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
