The purpose of this study was
to analyze the structural relationships between variables of university students¡¯ self-leadership, social support, career motivation, career decision-making self efficacy, and career maturity. The sample(n=1,176) was drawn from 10 private universities and the collected data were analyzed with using structural equation modeling. Findings from SEM demonstrated the existence of a positive relationship of social support, career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy with career maturity. In particular, social support had the most influential effect on career maturity, and career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy were found to be significant mediating variables. Although self-leadership was not statistically significant in this study, self-leadership was still found to be a significant predictor for career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy. Results demonstrated the necessity for the analysis of social support in various aspects, the understanding and application of self-leadership in the career field, and the importance of examining career-related variables such as career maturity, career motivation, and career decision making efficacy in the context of individual and environmental aspects.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
