rmance-oriented action of experience related to one¡¯s duties given from the organization. This is an interaction between the tasks, responsibilities and functions to the contexts of the individuals themselves, who runs their own task. It is necessary to understand the form of work preference that is appropriate to the individual rather than the performance of the work. Through the previous studies at home and abroad, the four elements of preferred work were summarized and defined: working style, working preference, working method, and work conflict. Therefore, through the previous research on the important elements of work preference, the elements appear to be separated by the implicit work elements (working style and working preference) and the extrinsic elements (working methods and work conflict). Also, we can know that the work preference can change depending on the worker¡¯s temperamental form. Because the Enneagram helps to understand the worker¡¯s temperamental trait, the elements that are linked with the task and aptitude can be defined. Also, it can be connected to the nine kinds of responses for each element according to the Enneagram temperament. Thus, the elements of work preference were defined by connecting the nine temperamental responses of enneagram with elements of task. The 36 elements about task was organized systematically through the nine temperamental responses by each four element of work preference.
