This study aims to provide da
ta helpful for players' performance enhancement and satisfaction with training by determiningthe type of leadership desired by and felt by players, and also to provide data necessary for improving junior players¡¯ qualityat golf academies and training of excellent players by examining the satisfaction in accordance with the type of leadership thatcan have positive influence on improvement leadership.In the analysis of influential relation between composing factors and satisfaction with training, players' satisfaction withtraining increases as feeling and observing their performance enhancement based on positive perception of the iron growth orperformance though their acceptance of positive rewarding behaviors and instruction methods/procedures in the training processis low.In results of analyzing the influence of leadership type on satisfaction with technique, players eventually seem to accept theleadership by realizing that it has positive influence on their performance and technical enhancement in the process of observingtheir own growth.
