Lastly, third, a 'plan to specialize andunite majors' was proposed as a way to improve competing efficiency with money as less as possible invested. Based on thethree above-mentioned plans to increase the educational competitiveness, the study had come up with physical training politicalchallenges as follows in order to activate physical education at school. An idea of 'conducting English-physical educationcombined education' was first offered followed by 'establishing an institute to promote physical training' including another idea of'developing the connection between physical education at school and daily sports'.
