s do the study and the approach with using web for teaching and learning. The Web gives us a good environment to search and explorer a various data or information for learners(Khan, 1997). Furthermore, we regard the Web itself as a learning environment (Kang, 1999). If we consider the web as a series of conditions of learning for supporting the internal learning, it would be an adaptive learning environment and would be able to keep learner's motivations. The adaptive learning environment and the thing which itremains learners on the web is to give the learner the adaptive royalty of learner's differences. To put it shortly, we need the technique for giving each several student an adaptive royalty. This chance will be realized through the management of the learner's relationships such as his/her adaptive information(for example, learning history data and learning style etc) and it will give learners the learning method for the different learning.The concept of the SRM(Student Relationship Management) which is utilized the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) technique on the web based learning regards learners as a customer, gives them an adaptive royalty and gives them a different learning environment. The SRM system will be able to remain on the web for a long time and to give learners the adaptive learning.
