The purpose of this study was
to find out the effectiveness of thinking program using picture diary on creativity of young children.
Subjects were selected A and
B nurseries in Bundang-gu, Gyeonggi-do. A nursery composed of 12 children from 5 year old class for the experimental group and B nursery composed of 11 children from 5 years old class for the comparison group. The experiment group were respectively selected to conduct thinking program which consisted of 12 times and was conducted 2 times per week for 2 months.
Conclusions according to abov
e results are as followings.
It was analyse whether differ
ence in the improvement of creativity occurred by Thinking Program Using Picture Diary(Korea Young Leadership Center, 2006). The result showed that there were significant difference in the results of children¡¯s creative tests ( 3 factors : Fluency, Flexibility, Imagination), in statistics, between the experiment group and the comparative group after program. It means that children¡¯s 3 factors was improved through thinking program using picture diary conducted to the experiment group. Finally factor is originality test, there were not significant difference.
Accordingly, the study has th
e meaning that thinking program using picture diary would raise children¡¯s creativity which is contribution competent oneself further own house from the family and the school and social territory. (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
