The purpose of this study was
to demonstrate the effect of learning ability and personality grouping on learners\' interaction when web-based learning was performed in real time. In this study, all subjects were divided into two groups, one is a heterogeneous group and the other is a homeogenous group, depending on their learning abilities. This study was tried to analyze the factors of facilitating the interaction between learners in a condition of real time online discussion based on the composition strategy of introversive and extroversive personality.
Summarizing these results, wh
en web-based discussion was performed in real time, group composition based on learning ability affected the level of participation in the web-based discussion. Especially, when web-based discussion was performed in real time, the learners in the homeogenous group categorized by the learning ability were more advantageous than those in the heterogeneous group. In case of the group composition based on learners\' personality, it did not affect the effect of web-based discussion. However, compared to real meeting discussion, introversive personality group showed more advantageous than extroversive personality group because of their active participation. This result showed that in the group composition of web-based learning of discussion, ¡®homeogenous(M․M) ¡¿ introversive¡¯ group has the higher possibility to activate web-based learning. (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
