In order to examine managemen
t status and activation plans of short-stay facilities for the elderly with dementia, this study investigation and analyzed the management status with a survey on 25 employees of 10 short-stay facilities for the elderly with dementia and 82 family members of the users of the facilities. In result, the following conclusions were made.
When the analysis results are
summarized, they are as follows.
The study looked into the ser
vices and the result showed that services such as medical․rehabilitation service, emotional support service and daily-life support service were managed properly but the satisfaction with the family support program and the personal service based on dementia level was low. And the general satisfaction of the users was high but the satisfaction with medical service and family support service was relatively lower than other services.   (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
