Abstract
This study will be conducted
in the following three stages:

ated domestic and overseas journals, papers, reports and publications will be examined.
Second, employees of 14 hotel
s in Seoul, primarily of extraordinary A- and B-class hotels in north and south of the Han River, which are widely recognized and teamed up with high-powered staff will be surveyed by means of questionnaires with 5-point scales in a bid to conduct an empirical study.
Third, suggestions will be of
fered after factors of cognition and perception by hotel staff members are analyzed and impacts of the stabilized labor and management relationship are explored. From the study based on the assumption that the stabilized labor-management relationship of hotels may exercise a positive influence upon the organizational achievements, it is known that the stability of labor and management relationship can positively affect the organizational achievements(satisfaction, flexibility of growth, promotion of team spirit and morale). It is, thus, desired for hotel's personnel managers to work out measures to bring forth amicable relationship between labor and management.
