Quarter One Strategy
Our Q1 strategy focused on in
creasing our US presence. With long term plans to expand, but not knowing what would happen before that would occur, we thought it would be necessary to ensure our brand was strong in the US.
We had 25 existing partnershi
ps with Mass Transit companies to provide information on travel details to prospective passengers. Continuing to build out this program would provide the foundation we wanted to pitch when venturing into new territory.
Additionally, we wanted to ex
pand our services to include bike sharing and a scooter service (similar to citibike, and Bird, respectively). This would be consistent with our social brand (reducing emissions) and provide an inexpensive, but reliable way to get where you need to go (this is of particular importance with our demographic, millennials).

Quarter Two Strategy
With news of possible recessi
on by GS analysts due to foreign trade talks our long term mission of expansion into other markets is temporarily delayed. However, our expansion into bike sharing and scooters could not have come at a better time.
A less-expensive alternative
to ride-sharing was meant to increase our market share and ideally take away customers from Uber, who are known to have huge multipliers on their service during peak times.
Additionally, our investments
are focused on adding the GPS functionality to locate Lyft scooters and bikes for ease of travel.
