ivate client wealth management division provided me with my first exposure to a business setting.this internship allowed me to conduct research that impacted the strategic approaches for increasing company profitability.along with managing extensive research on the equity market, i also analyzed industry events to assist in predicting future industry trends.other responsibilities included giving a number of presentations to the divisions financial consultants and overseeing a project in developing a marketing strategy that would assist in recruiting cpas to the merrill lynch professional alliance program.my internship at merrill lynch gave me the opportunity to hone my leadership skills, which are necessary in an intense business environment.
