born as the eldest son of a middle class family, my parents have emphasized on the diligence and advised not to make wrong things.their over-expectation on me have been a big burden on me, but now, i feel that their efforts for teaching me thorough self-control led me to have right way of thinking and views on the life.
for me, my parents have been the best models and supporters in my life, and to be a proud son, i have been trying to do my best every day, with the independence and consideration for people.
ours is a home where parents love their children and children respect their parents. i have a strong reason to believe that my home is the one that thrives on love and respect

i had been extremely lucky to have been brought as the eldest son of a family, because i could learn how to consider other people first with the strong sense of responsibility. i can not reject others request and spend much time helping them
it might seem to waste my time in somebodys eyes but i think that it is the consideration for others and a kind of investment at the same time.

after graduating the dept of business administration, gyeonghee university, i entered international sales team, 00 aluminum, 00 group, in 1994.i mainly took charge of exporting aluminum foil for food package, condenser foil for microwave oven use etc.to taiwan, thailand, southwest asian countries and succeeded in contracts with matzushita group in thailand with my driving forces characteristic of new employee.
though they have been new experiences for me, i also had complaints about my failures in carrying out my plans for securing new clients due to organizational features, factors and sales policies and then found out that my complaints are from my failing to be adapted to the organization.with my strong belief that differences between the power and stiffness of big organization and flexibility and weakness of small organization would significantly influence my sense of accomplishment, i decided to leave the company.
for new sense of accomplishments, i moved to geonyoung trading as assistant manager in a
times when my own belief was stronger than decision-making of the organization.i mainly took
charge of importing inorganic chemical products for industrial use at a lower price from overseas
supplier and it served as a good opportunity for learning chemical part and trading part together.
i could understand both positions of sales person for exporting and clients for importing.though
it was a good chance to supplement my shortcomings, i was still eager to work for overseas
sales and have high sense of accomplishments.expecting to work in a flexible environment with
opportunities in the works together with the hope that the company can be open-minded to
suggestions or opinions from employees, i entered daesung trading where deals with film products, molded complete products, and other goods derived from plastic resin such as poly propylene or poly ester. i took charge of exporting, securing new overseas clients and domestic suppliers and making contracts for new experiences
