i have not allowed myself to be estimated by a narrow academic background because the reality of the business industry requires work experiences and educational feedbacks. i have mixed with people in my work life
i used to work in customer service department as a customer consultant about three years in oo company. this work experience enhanced me to understand customer point of view for service and product for company rather than company point of view
i learned to listen to clients, accept what they say at face value and execute what they want. indeed, this has enhanced my communication skills to communicate with all different kinds of people

i believe that understanding of customer behavior for products and service can improve quality of product and service. my belief is that marketer needs to understand consumers behaviors and to consider their consumers feedback in order to meet an organizational goal and to meet consumers expectation
and my educational feedback in marketing enables me to have logical skills such as marketing planning and strategy to how an organization meets consumer and organizations need. furthermore, my educational feedback by industrial design enables me to have a creative talent
