hello. my name is

to simply introduce myself, i am a student of department of international language and literature. there i get to learn various foreign languages and read literature written in that language

although, i do not have a major right now, i am looking forward to be able to major in chinese language and literature a year later.

now i want to talk about my first week of campus life. as a freshman, i felt that life in university was very different from the one in highschool

some part of university life was better than what i had expected but some were not.

most of all, unlike highschool where students learn subjects that were designated by the school beforehand, we were able to select subjects that we want to study by ourselves. i liked the idea of it but soon found out that it was very difficult to be able to attend subjects i really want to study

it was almost a war between students during the course registration time. i had to suffer a loss of many courses that i really wanted to join since the server went down for several minutes

that way i failed my entire course registration and had to change a large part of my timetable. i really felt annoyed and disappointed at that time since it was beyond my expectation

also, unlike highschool, i had to participate in many class events from the first day of school. there were numerous events held in university and most of them involved drinking alcohol

since i was not good at games i had to drink a lot every time i participated in class events. and just last friday, i had to participate in sabal-sik¡®, which you all know that it is a tradition of university

even though, i had a hard time drinking the whole bowl of makguli, i felt some kind of a strong bond forming between my peers after the ceremony. it was a tough ceremony for everyone in our class but in the end, everyone got more intimate and closer

only 5 days have passed since the semester began and i know that it is very short period to evaluate my campus life. as a freshman, everything seems unfamiliar and new right now
