both parties agree to following terms and conditions :
두 당사자는 다음에 조건과 상태에 동의하는지:  
quantity : quantity set forth in the contract is subject to a variation of ten(10) percent more or less at sellers option.
수량 : 이 계약에서 규정된 수량은 seller의 선택에 10%의 범위내에서 과부족에 따른다.

shipment : date of bill of lading shall be accepted as a conclusive date of shipment. fourteen(14) days grace in shipping shall be allowed

partial shipment and/or transshipment shall be permitted unless otherwise stated in the contract. the seller shall not be responsible for any delay of shipment, should the buyer fail to provide timely the letter of credit in conformity with the contract or in case the sailing of the steamer designated by the buyer be deferred beyond the prearranged date of shipment


선적 : 선하증권 일자는 선적의 추정적 증거로 받아들여질 것이며, 선적에 있어서 14일의 은헤일이 허용될 것이다. 이 계약에서 달리 정하지 않는 한 분할선적 및/ 또는 환적은 허용될 것이다

매도인은 매수인이 계약과 일치되게 신용장을 제공하지 못한다면 선적지연에 대해서 책임을 부담하지 않는다.

packing and marking : packing shall be at the sellers option. in case special instructions are necessary, the same should be intimated to the seller in time so as to enable the seller to comply with and additional cost shall be borne by the buyer

shipping mark shall be made as shown in the oblong of the front page of this contract.
