1.scope of the contract
the seller and the buyer, under corporate authority and responsibility respectively represent that:
i.the seller is the lawful owner of light export crude oil (hereinafter called product), in quantity and quality as hereunder specified and has the full capability to sell the said product;
ii.the buyer has the full capability and desires to purchase light export crude oil (hereinafter called product) in quantity and quality as hereunder specified.
iii.enerindo investment (s) pte ltd (the seller) has agreed to sell x(the buyer)and the buyer has agreed to buy oncifbasis 12 cargos of2, , bbls(two million barrels) /-5% of light export crude.
2.recitals
whereas the seller with full legal and corporate responsibility agrees to sell the herein specified product and the quantity as agreed, to the buyer, the buyer on the other hand also with full legal and corporate responsibility agrees and is irrevocably committed to purchase the said product in the amount and quality herein stipulated.the parties mutually desire to execute the agreement which shall be binding upon and to the benefit of the parties, their successors and assigns in accordance with the jurisdictional law of the negotiated and fully executed contract with terms and provisions hereunder agreed upon.
3.the product
the product offered by the seller and accepted by the buyer is light export crude oil that shall be lifted from sellers allocation.
4.quantity
the seller shall supply a 24, , bbls (twenty four million barrels) /-5% of light export crude oil as per specifications attached in appendix 1.
