<업무관련 행동강령 (윤리적 영업행위에 관한 법적 서약)

the undersigned certifies, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that to keep highest ethical and legal codes in the conduct of its business in the country of for the followings:
아래 서명자는 본인이 아는 바와 신념에 따라, 국에서의 영업활동을 함에 있어 최고의 윤리적, 법적 강령을 준수할 것을 아래와 같이 서약합니다.

no monies, goods, assets, gifts, gratuities, entertainment, bribe, securities requested, offered or demanded by myself, nor have been received and promised to and from any person upon influencing or attempting to influence any cooperative body of oo co. , ltd

(hereinafter referred to as the “company”) or staff, employee of the cooperative body(s), a member of the cooperative body, an officer or employee of the cooperative body’s office, in connection with the performance of the contract, service or business work for making of any company grant, making of any negotiation or paying any due payment, entering into of any cooperative commitment and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment or modification in respects of any contract/service/ business for supply of material/tools/equipments, employ, grant on change, loan or cooperative commitmentveloped or to be developed by between.
재료/공구/장비 등의 납품, 고용, 변경의 승인, 자금의 대출 또는 상호간에 협력하여야 할 업무 등의 계약/용역/영업에 대한 회사의 승낙, 협상 또는 대금의 수금, 상호 업무협력의 관점에서, 계약의 체결, 기간의 연장, 영업지속, 영업갱신이나 수정 등, 양 당사자간에 이루어졌거나 이루어 지게 될 계약, 용역 또는 영업활동의 수행에 있어, 정풍사우디(이하 모두 “회사”라 칭함) 회사의 업무에 영향력과 관련하여, 협력회사의 직원, 근로자 또는 회사의 구성원 멤버, 또는 그 사무실 직원들로부터 어떠한 금전, 상품, 자산, 선물, 향응, 접대, 뇌물, 상품권 증서 등을 착복한 사실이 없으며, 또한 그러한 것을 아래 본인 또는 본인을 대신하는 사람이 제공받지도 제안하지도 약속받지도 않았으며, 나아가 이를 제공하지도 제안하지도, 약속하지도 않을 것입니다.
  
if any monies, goods, assets, gifts, gratuities, entertainment, bribe, securities been received or will be provided by any person or by the cooperative body and/or mis-use of company funds, diversions, misappropriation, seizure between any higher position or lower position of the company upon extending of my capacity influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of the cooperative body, or any dedicated business body in connection with any due payment, service, business, contract, grant, loan or cooperative commitment, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment or modification of any contract, service, business for supply, employ, the undersigned shall complete and submit the facts or any demand from the personnel of the cooperative body or of the company for reporting and disclosing all in accordance with this lawful affidavit.
만일 대금의 지불, 용역, 영업, 계약, 승낙, 대출 또는 상호 업무협력, 어떠한 계약기간의 연장, 지속, 납품, 고용 등과 관련하여, 회사의 업무에 영향력을 갖거나 그러한 영향력을 행사하는 본인에게 어떠한 금전, 상품, 자산, 선물, 향응, 접대, 뇌물, 상품권 증서 등을 어떠한 협력업체 또는 그들의 직원, 아니면, 우리 회사의 상사나 부하직원간에 제공되었거나 이를 제공하게 될 경우, 회사자금의 오남용, 유용, 횡령의 경우, 아래 본인은 이 법적 서약서에 따라 모든 사항들에 대한 사실 또는 회사의 협력업체 요원이나 우리 회사의 상사 또는 부하직원으로부터의 요구사항에 대하여 모두 충분히 보고하고 공개할 것입니다.

이 서약서는 어떠한 거래가 이루어지거나 이루어졌을 때, 신뢰를 확보하는 아주 중요한 수단입니다.
이 서약서를 작성하여 제출하는 것은 어떠한 거래를 행하거나 체결하는 데 있어, 그리고 우리 직원들의 현장복무 규정의 엄격한 준수에 최우선적으로 당 사가 요구하는 것입니다.
입사시 제출한 입사 서약서의 각 항(부정행위 금지규정/ 제6항 : 회사금품의 이용, 착복, 부정행위, 금품수수 금지규정)을 준수하지 않는 당사자는, 회사 규정에 따라 처리될 뿐 아니라, 관련 법규정에 따라 엄격한 법적 조치를 받을 것임에 동의합니다.
