This research addresses identifying the factors which affect the level of implementing service manual in MOT. It has been known as a tool of providing standardized service. Also we show the relationship between the level of implementing service manual in MOT and service quality. We found several factors from Baldrige criteria such as support of senior managers, communication system with customer, education and training system of service manual, monitoring and reward system, and empowerment. A cause-effect analysis of these factors and the level of implementing service manual in MOT was conducted. Consequently, all factors except for communication system with customer were really effective. Especially, empowerment is the most effective factor to raise the level of implementing service manual in MOT. In addition, as higher of implementation level of service manual, service quality was improved more. The results of this study would provide the practical guideline for the practitioners who try to adopt service standardization and a wider perspective for the researchers.

This study examines the process of building digital archives specializing in theater information data and related policies. The researcher collected data from digital archives of the National Theater Company of Korea (NTCK), which is called Nam Kook Ribgeukdan in Korean, since the company launched its service in 2020 and from those of the Namsan Arts Center, known as Nam Sanyesoolsenteo in Korean, since they began their archives in 2021. The digital archive procedures of the two organizations have something in common. They both deal with information business, specializing in data mining of theater information and creating a web-based information system. Yet, there are data errors in the digital archives of NTCK. To find the reasons, the researcher of this study analyzed two digital archive-making procedures and related policies.Based on the analysis, the researcher reviewed the 'Standard Procedures for Informational Projects' of the Ministry of Public Administration and Public Data Quality Management Manual 2.0. of Security and the Korea Information Promotion Agency. In particular, the researcher clarified complicated problems based on the manual of the Security and Korea Information Promotion Agency for data quality control management of NTCK. The study also found out the differences between the two projects of both agencies based on ¡°Standard Procedures for Informational Projects', conducted by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. Finally, additional required elements were suggested as necessary building successful digital archives based on the research. Lastly, based on case studies, this study emphasized the direction of public institutions when constructing digital archives in various fields of culture and arts in the future, and the researcher suggests things to consider when implementing administrative procedures. Now that digital media inform people in this modern age, further studies on digital archives are necessary for the academic domain.

The purpose of this study is to suggest Quality Control Objects and Methodology suitable for National Geographic Information in order to establish a quality control system of spatial information. Analysing data obtained form MOLIT and MSIP are grouped into 94 types and suggested priority by service availability. Moreover, it presents quality control procedures and Quality Control objects based on NIA and KoDB quality control methodology. Quality control procedure based on DMAIC is presented in 5 steps. Quality control objects are categorised as 17 classes and 37 detailed topics collecting diagnostic information on the basis of NIA¡¯s public information quality control manual and KoDB¡¯s data quality control guidelines.

In this study, there are not many domestic success cases and case studies related to smart factory construction are mainly focused on the importance of smart factories, where governments and companies are keenly interested in dreaming of a revival of the manufacturing industry. Empirical studies on the impact on human resources are insufficient. Therefore, the higher the level of quality control activities (main stabilization, quality control capability enhancement, and quality management manuals in the sub-variables) of small makgeolli breweries affected the management performance. In the relationship between management activities and management performance, the moderating effect of smart production level is empirically tested as a reinforcing effect affecting positive direction from Model 1 ¡æ Model 2 ¡æ Model 3. It was a study that contributed to the importance of quality control activities following the introduction of smart production facilities in the industry.

The certification scheme of ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality system is now widely used by automotive industries all over the world. The traditional quality system of QS 9000 in auto industry has been replaced rapidely by ISO/TS 16949. In this thesis, a newly proposed quality system ISO/TS 16949 is reviewed and we suggested a systematic and effective procedure to implement ISO/TS 16949 successfully in Korean automotive part industry, especially who has a QS 9000 quality system already. We compared ISO/TS 16949, which is based on ISO 9000 : 2000, with QS 9000, in terms of system requirements. To implement ISO/TS 16949 successfully, it is necessary to understand ISO/TS 16949 quality system and posed questions. An explanation on these requirements is given in detail and we clarified some ambiguities. We also proposed the 4 step implementatoin of ISO/TS 16949, which can be summarized as (1) project planning, (2) conformity, (3) compliance, and (4) effectiveness and efficiency.

The manual static chamber method, which is one of the most commonly used for measuring greenhouse gases (CH4, N2O and CO2) in rice paddy fields, has advantages which are easy installation and removal in the field and low manufacturing cost. Above all, it is advantageous to measure very small CH4 fluxes. However, the manual static chamber method may not capture the dynamic of CH4 fluctuation by varying factors on time scales and requires a lot of labor and has a limited sampling time and frequency. So far, many studies on CH4 measurement in rice paddies have been mostly limited to the manual static chamber method, and there was little research to reduce the uncertainty of chamber method. To overcome the disadvantages of the manual static chamber method, CH4 emitted from a chamber method were compared and evaluated through three methods; 1) auto-chamber system, 2) eddy covariance using micrometeorology, and 3) DNDC (DeNitrification  Decomposition) model. 
 A. Comparison and evaluation CH4 emissions using auto-chamber and manual static chamber method
 As a result of evaluating CH4 emissions using manual chamber and auto-chamber, the total CH4 emissions between the two methods ranged from a minimum of 2.8% to maximum of 10.6%, but there was no significant difference. However, more minute changes of CH4 fluctuation by temperature were observed in the auto-chamber where the sampling frequency was fewer than the manual chamber. Measuring CH4 emission with an auto-chamber system is expected to reduce uncertainty and increase accuracy accompanied by labor reduction
 B. Comparison and evaluation CH4 emissions using eddy covariance and manual static chamber method
 In order to compare and evaluate CH4 emissions by eddy covariance and manual static chamber method, flux tower for eddy covariance and static chamber were installed for the investigation during two years in paddy field. The CH4 flux patterns by these two methods during rice growing season were similar, but the total CH4 emission measured by open-path method were 30% less than those of manual static chamber. The reason for the difference in CH4 emission were due to overestimation by manual chamber and underestimation by eddy covariance. The manual static chamber method can overestimates CH4 emissions due to environmental changes caused by high temperature and light interruption by acrylic partition in chamber. On the other hand, the open-path method for eddy covariance can underestimate its emission because it assumes negligible for density fluctuations and horizontal homogeneous terrain.
 C. Comparing and evaluation CH4 emissions using DNDC model and manual static chamber method
 As a result of evaluating CH4 emissions using DNDC model (simulated) and manual chamber (observed), the comparison of field observed and simulated daily CH4 fluxes with different treatments appeared that CF-NOM was the most closely matched among treatments. The results of statistics analysis showed that correlation (R2) was the best in CF-NOM (0.56), RMSE was the best in MD-NOM (1.29), and RSTD was better than both CF-NOM (0.84) and MD-NOM (0.84). The difference with total observed CH4 emission was higher in CF-OMS (-24.4%). The simulated emissions were underestimated compared with observed ones except MD-OMS. Nevertheless, by incorporating modifications based on the local weather, soil properties, and cultivation management, DNDC model could become a good tool for estimation of national GHGs emission in agriculture sector. The CH4 emissions on 15 locals level simulated by calibrated DNDC model were higher than the IPCC default and country specific emission factor because the various regional factors such as precipitation and soil texture were reflected as the input parameters.
