This study was conducted to conceptualize ¡®sommelier¡¯ and to derive standardized evaluation system of ¡®Sommelier Certificate Program¡¯ by utilizing Delphi technique. For this study, a panel discussion was conducted among sommelier diploma and wine specialist certificate possessed professors at hospitality universities in Korea who currently work in hotels or wine related business. Also, Kendall¡¯s W analysis has been used. In this study, 5 different definitions of sommelier, 6 kinds of qualifications for the certified exam, 4 levels of certificate program, 14 subjects for the exam, 7 qualities of being a sommelier, and 4 frequencies of exam have been derived.

A Study hypothesis were researched for based on the collected data. the data for this research was gathered for 210 using the sampling method after analysis of the data in terms of ML(maximum Likelihood) procedure in AMOS 19.0 was used and the major results are summarized as follows; Firstly, this study tries to finds out a causal relationship between the National Technology of Chef Certificates lifelong study performance and Sense, Combination, Practical , by carrying out the empirical not analysis. Second, this research study to finds out a causal relationship between the Self-Efficacy National Technology of Chef Certificates and life long study established by carrying out the empirical analysis. through the empirical analysis, it tries to examine the effect of Self-Efficacy on life long study performance by verifying the intermediation effects of Career Development on lifelong study performance. this study tries to finds out a social relationship between the National Technology of Chef Certificates and lifelong study performance and Combination by carrying out the empirical analysis. This study verifies that Career Developmentes are intermediation effects between corporate National Technology of Chef Certificate and lifelong study performance. Through the empirical analysis, study finds that Career Developmentes are critical factors had effects on lifelong study performance. In Conclusion, this research explore and analysis empirically that there are some relation to make the learning more effective on life long study performance for Chef Skill.

[ÇØ¿Ü³í¹®]

In order to investigate the main factors which have influence on acquisition of cosmetologist licenses by trainees of Cosmetology Skills Development Account System and their employment, the current study conducted a survey on 176 trainees who were enrolled in national beautician certified course under the Skills Development Account System at a vocational training institute situated in a small city in Gyeongsangbuk-do from 2014 to 2016. Analyses were done on survey questionnaires and administrative data prepared by the research subjects. Results showed that 98 research subjects out of 176 obtained their licenses while 78 persons did not. It was also found that licenses were mostly obtained by trainees who had high attendance rates and high mock test scores, and the trainees who obtained licenses showed higher employment rates than the ones who did not. Employment rate was also analyzed according to socio-demographic characteristics, trainees' feature, and characteristics of lecturers and facilities. The difference in employment rate was also found to be highly dependent on marital status. As the most significant factor in regard to the acquisition license, a significant correlation was found between the acquisition and if a trainee had high mock test scores with high satisfaction. Similarly, with respect to employment, acquisition of license was observed to have the most significant influence on employment and marital status also had correlation with employment because married trainees were more employed than the unmarried ones. As observed from the above results, if satisfaction of the trainees of Cosmetology Skills Development Account System was high, the rate of license acquisition was also high, and such acquisition was the most important factor for employment. Thus, it can be concluded that acquisition of license is indispensable with respect to employment.

The Committee of Education of the Korean Society for the study of obesity discussed the need to develop the Obesity Educator Training Program and Certification of Obesity Educators. We reviewed the current status of certifications of obesity management specialists and the diabetes educator training module, which was successfully developed in 2011 by Korean Diabetes Association. This effort is expected to serve as the basic foundation for the development of obesity educator training program and certification of obesity educators.

In order to investigate the main factors which have influence on acquisition of cosmetologist licenses by trainees of Cosmetology Skills Development Account System and their employment, the current study conducted a survey on 176 trainees who were enrolled in national beautician certified course under the Skills Development Account System at a vocational training institute situated in a small city in Gyeongsangbuk-do from 2014 to 2016. Analyses were done on survey questionnaires and administrative data prepared by the research subjects. Results showed that 98 research subjects out of 176 obtained their licenses while 78 persons did not. It was also found that licenses were mostly obtained by trainees who had high attendance rates and high mock test scores, and the trainees who obtained licenses showed higher employment rates than the ones who did not. Employment rate was also analyzed according to socio-demographic characteristics, trainees' feature, and characteristics of lecturers and facilities. The difference in employment rate was also found to be highly dependent on marital status. As the most significant factor in regard to the acquisition license, a significant correlation was found between the acquisition and if a trainee had high mock test scores with high satisfaction. Similarly, with respect to employment, acquisition of license was observed to have the most significant influence on employment and marital status also had correlation with employment because married trainees were more employed than the unmarried ones. As observed from the above results, if satisfaction of the trainees of Cosmetology Skills Development Account System was high, the rate of license acquisition was also high, and such acquisition was the most important factor for employment. Thus, it can be concluded that acquisition of license is indispensable with respect to employment.

Valves are widely used in various industrial fields, such as plants, vessels and shipbuilding. In particular, the performance of the valve is an important factor that can influence the performance of the entire system. Therefore, in this basic study to establish a national technical qualification in the domestic field of valve maintenance, demands for the fields of valves and major congruence were analyzed focusing on the industrial facility curriculum of Korea Polytechnics, and level-differentiated trial examinations were applied to relevant majors to standardize the developed valve tester. The trial examination result displayed that in the highest level of difficulty, in the medium level of difficulty and in the lowest level of difficulty, the pass rate was 0%, 17.86% and 39.29% respectively.

This study, we aim at identifying career development competency of students in culinary course and provide basic data for effective guidance counseling on career direction. Among 380 questionnaires distributed and 370(97.4%) of them are utilized for actual analysis. The results are as follows. Male students in culinary course are found to be showing higher scores in factors such as career development competency than female students. There found to be no consistent correlation between the number of culinary certificates and career development competency. The sub-factors of career development competency having influence on career decision level include confidence on career decision, efficacy of decision-making, information on occupation & majors and efficacy on net working while confidence. In conclusion, the study on characteristic factors of culinary art students and career related factors are recommended to be carried out in future so more effective career direction guidance and instructional methods can be offered to the students in culinary course.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of coffee - related private certification for the development and growth of Korean coffee industry. I examined the basic skills of the professions designated by NCS, which are developed through the acquisition of a private coffee barista certificate in Korea. To do this, we surveyed coffee industry workers who had more than three years of certification. I analyzed the basic skills of the professors to be developed in accordance with the acquisition of the coffee barista private certification by the final educational background, industry and career. It has been developing the technical ability, self - development ability and problem solving ability of the basic job ability. Through this study, it was found that the acquisition of the coffee barista private qualifications has big and small impact on the development of the basic skill of the profession, which is considered as a guide to improve and evaluate his career. Therefore, this study will be a basic data to examine the necessity and effectiveness of the coffee barista certificate.

Valves are widely used in various industrial fields, such as plants, vessels and shipbuilding. In particular, the performance of the valve is an important factor that can influence the performance of the entire system. Therefore, in this basic study to establish a national technical qualification in the domestic field of valve maintenance, demands for the fields of valves and major congruence were analyzed focusing on the industrial facility curriculum of Korea Polytechnics, and level-differentiated trial examinations were applied to relevant majors to standardize the developed valve tester. The trial examination result displayed that in the highest level of difficulty, in the medium level of difficulty and in the lowest level of difficulty, the pass rate was 0%, 17.86% and 39.29% respectively.
