Silhak is a study that is pragmatically favorable to the real life of human. ¡®Sil¡¯ means ¡®actual¡¯ or ¡®pragmatic¡¯, and ¡®hak¡¯ means ¡®studies¡¯ or ¡®learning¡¯. While Silhak is originated from Jujahak, the former accounted practical knowledge(e.g., agriculture, commerce and industries) as important, and the latter focused more on idealism, metaphysics, loyalty and tradition. The aim of Silhak was to pursue national stability, national welfare and empirical tradition, in order to address social issues that the early Joseon dynasty society encountered. This research aims to prove that in the late Joseon dynasty period the martial art was receptive to Sihak, which influenced the overall society of the nation. In the late Joseon dynasty period, the importance of martial art appeared to be emphasized in the context of equating the social status of martial art with that of the literary. The major findings of this research is martial art in the late Joseon dynasty period retained stability, security and structure of the traditional martial art, and also achieved the modernism in the context of empirical tradition, despite Joseon dynasty was a medieval nation.

¡®Shishiqiushi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ)¡¯ means looking for what¡¯s right in practical matters. In this paper, this meaning was examined again, and became clear. It was investigated that this ¡®Shishiqiushi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ)¡¯ is related to ¡®Hansongzhezhonglun (ùÓáäï¹õûÖå)¡¯, which is similar to Kaozhengxue(ÍÅñûùÊ) of Ching(ôè) Dynasty. It¡¯s been examined that ChuSa(õÕÞÈ)¡¯s view of learning was based on ¡®Shishiqiushi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ)¡¯. Regarding the matter of how to practice the academic methodology of ¡®Shishiqiushi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ)¡¯, ChuSa(õÕÞÈ) specifically emphasized Xiaxue(ù»ùÊ) $Sangda(ß¾Ó¹) and Boxue(ÚÏùÊ) $Duxing(Ô¿ú¼). It shows that ChuSa(õÕÞÈ)¡¯s studies were deeply related to the study of ancient documents. As for the academic methodology, ChuSa(õÕÞÈ) insisted on Kaozhengxue(ÍÅñûùÊ). He attached importance to exegetic studies of Han(ùÓ) Dynasty. among which, he paid credit to ZhengXuan(ï÷úÜ)¡¯s annotation. In addition, with regard to the methodology of Kaozhengxue(ÍÅñûùÊ), ChuSa(õÕÞÈ) advocated epigraphy, and among which, the discovering process of the monument commemorating a king¡¯s tour in Bukhan Mountain in ¡¸Zhenxingerbeikao(òØýéì£Ýø͹)¡¹. When ¡¸Zhenxingerbeikao(òØýéì£Ýø͹)¡¹ was closely investigated. it¡¯s been found to have been recorded that it used to be the Buddhist Great Master Muhak¡¯s tombstone, but came to be recorded as the monument commemorating King Jinheung¡¯s tour through ChuSa(õÕÞÈ)¡¯s hands. It perfectly corresponds to the spirit of seeking righteousness in practical matters[ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ].

CG and Photo-realistic image composition in the ocean scenes is frequently used in movies and TV advertisement. But it is very difficult task because it's impossible to use calibration tool in outdoor environment or to use auto-calibration algorithm using natural features like KLT(Kanade Lucas Tomasi feature tracker) from the ocean scene. We propose a simple, effective method for solving camera motion using previous knowledge about background structure. We applied our method to the production of a commercial movie, 'Hanbando' and the result was satisfactory.

The purpose of this study is to confirm how the gender issue is reflected in supply chain due diligence, focusing on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and related industrial guidelines, and to consider the institutional improvement measures by examining related dispute cases.Through the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, OECD Guidelines for RBC, and OECD-FAO Guidelines for Responsible Agricultural Supply Chains, their main contents and how the gender issue was reflected in their guidelines were reviewed in this study. Through this, the above guidelines on supply chain due diligence confirmed their effectiveness and influence as the principles and standards that urge the completion of RBC.Even if a company with a global supply chain included gender-related matters in the relevant documents, such contents do not extend their domestic efforts to the global supply chain. Therefore, it can be seen that the roles of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and OECD Guidelines for RBC are more significant in overcoming these limitations.Regarding the global supply chain, risk factors related to female workers, such as gender-based violence, harassment, discrimination, and human rights violations, have been concentrated on female laborers in specific industries and regions in the value chain of the actual supply chain, so the damage is more pronounced. Meanwhile, multinational enterprises and suppliers have avoided and overlooked these risk factors. In a situation where responsible business conduct is emphasized, it is necessary to reflect and expand the gender issue through supply chain due diligence.Recently, similar to RBC, corporate responsibilities and roles have been more emphasized through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). However, the decisive difference between ESG and RBC is that RBC can use the direct implementation or remedy known as the national contact point.Currently, in terms of effectiveness, the RBC of OECD can be recognized as the most direct and progressive norm when it comes to corporate management responsibilities. Thus, it is a more important value and ideology. Additionally, the ideology of OECD¡¯s RBC is deeply linked to the International Labour Organization standards and conventions and the ideology of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Compliance with the ideology of sharing common values is becoming more important than ever. More changes of perception to share values of each gender is also needed here.

This study examines Kim Jung-Hee(1786-1856)'s the educational insights in the late Chosun. In particular, the study focuses on his educational philosophy that reflects views of disciplines in his books, A Theory of a Sirhak(ãùùÊ). His practical thinking is based on traditional confucianism, not as a collateral line of late Chosun's Sirhak(ãùùÊ). In an effort to gain a general consensus of the rightness, he suggests authentic study to learn from practical living experience. It is noted that the use of metal and spiritual discipline needs to be addressed in the process of study. The criterion of the discipline is the Silsakusi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ) that is in pursuit of truth bases on reliable evidence and its morality is on the way of the teaching of the sage. It is in accordance with Chung-yung(ñéé¼) as educational philosophy that is epitomized as Pyeongsimjeonggi(øÁãýïñѨ) and Bakhakdoghaeng(ÚÏùÊÔ¿ú¼). In this sense, his educational spirit restores essential element of confucianism. The educational implications from Silsakusi(ãùÞÀÏ´ãÀ) are as follows.First, it is suggested that educational standards be provided in terms of the pursuit of truth based on reliable evidences. Second, students should deeply consider educational content and learning process in a sense that they desire eagerly right interpretation of academic resource and annotation from their mentor. Third, it is implied that students have to make what they learned into action in terms of the application of education. Fourth, educational meaning should be reinterpreted by expanding the concept of Pyeongsimjeonggi(øÁãýïñѨ) and Bakhakdoghaeng(ÚÏùÊÔ¿ú¼) to organic dynamics of human being.
