The existing design materials by document type are restricted in searching and acquiring necessary design information because the materials consist of huge information and various document types. This study suggests a methodology to develop an electronic technical manual that can manage construction design materials by XML-base integrated information system. Electronic technical manual for design materials can provide visualized information through various multimedia tools such as multi-link, virtual reality and animation. Using an integrated electronic manual for construction project can prevent to miss necessary design information. The results of this study includes a data flow diagram to develop an interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) for construction design information. Finally the study suggests some scenarios for practical use and quantitative analysis of application effect analysis by AHP method.

This research aims to develop the intervention manual for youth survivors of sexual violence appropriate for youth counseling practice. The process of study development consisted of plan & analysis, design & development, and implementation & evaluation. The implication for intervention comes from reviewing the extant literatures on sexual violence, and analyzing cyber-counseling cases, surveys toward youth counselors. To test the validity of the manual, a education was conducted. In the manual education, the sample 64 youth counselors was divided into two groups; an experiment group and a control group. The manual education was only applied to the experiment group. In order to verify the effectiveness of the self-efficacy scale, and the counselor¡¯s self-talk were conducted before and after the education. As a result, the education worked in the following part; counselor's self-efficacy, counselor's affective reaction as a sub-category of counselor¡¯s self-talk, focused intervention for the damage of sexual violence, and inappropriate coping. Accordingly, this study contributes to improve counselors¡¯ self-efficacy and practical performances by suggesting the systematic and valid manual for the youth survivors of sexual violence and elaborating the stages of intervention.

[ÇØ¿Ü³í¹®]

This research addresses identifying the factors which affect the level of implementing service manual in MOT. It has been known as a tool of providing standardized service. Also we show the relationship between the level of implementing service manual in MOT and service quality. We found several factors from Baldrige criteria such as support of senior managers, communication system with customer, education and training system of service manual, monitoring and reward system, and empowerment. A cause-effect analysis of these factors and the level of implementing service manual in MOT was conducted. Consequently, all factors except for communication system with customer were really effective. Especially, empowerment is the most effective factor to raise the level of implementing service manual in MOT. In addition, as higher of implementation level of service manual, service quality was improved more. The results of this study would provide the practical guideline for the practitioners who try to adopt service standardization and a wider perspective for the researchers.
