The purpose of research is to
find out how organizational Justice which community socialinvestment service workers recognized can affect service quality that service providers perceiveand to propose ways for social workers to improve quality of services provided. Organizationaljustice of independent variables was composed of distribution justice, organizational justice,procedural justice, and interactional justice. Service quality of dependent variable was conceptualizedtangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The control variables expected toaffect the quality of service are gender, age, service targets, education, current work of theorganization tenure, number of employees, institution type, monthly income, job, position, entitytype, and working area. The subjects of this study is the service providers of community serviceinvestment business Jeonbuk province autonomous service providing organization. The surveymethod was conducted using self- entry type survey way. A total of 258 questionnaires weredistributed. 135 questionnaires(52% recovered rate) was recovered and these questionnaires wasused in the analysis. Empirical analysis using SPSS for Windows 17.0 program reliability, frequencyanalysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis was performed.The results of this study was that the higher the perception of organizational justice perceivedby internal employees, the higher quality of service is, focusing on aspects of personal relationshipson sub-dimension of organizational justice, Interactive justice with an emphasis on process haseffect on quality of service.
