This study aims to analyse th
e youth policies in England, Ireland and Australia in order to apply the lessons taken to the Korean context. The research method is documentary analysis with qualitative approach including the governmental official websites as well as the relevant literatures. Who is in charge of the youth policy is argued and the most recent but important Youth Laws and Regulations were analysed. The influential youth educational policies and youth work policies are also investigated through the cases. As a conclusion, this study finds that understanding of the various youth policies is very meaningful however we have to be aware of the own contexts in different countries. Secondly, preparing of the multicultural society and global citizenship is urgent task for Korean society. Finally, the voice of young people at risk and immigrant young people(or who has multicultural background) should be heard for the policy makers and policy implementation. (ÀÌÇÏ »ý·«)
