first of all, i cannot unders
tand why your reservation system is so poor.
i tried to book a seat on the
internet, but your homepage had some problem with billing system.therefore, i had to go to a station to buy a ticket in person.
the main problem is that i co
uldnt get any discount rate of my membership card at your ticket office because it is only for the on-line customer.
in addition, it is also very
difficult to park my car near your station, since the parking lot is full of your company vehicles.
another problem is that, it i
s very uncomfortable to eat in your restaurant.
i ordered korean dish called
bibimbob for lunch but it was not warm and furthermore the vegetables were not fresh.
